1. Fill out all personal information in the Contact Information section.
2. Check the Registration Fee ($20) if you want to register for any functions.
3. Check the Cancellation Insurance ($5) if you have read the explanation and want the insurance.
4. Your confirmation papers will be processed and held for you at the conference registration desk, lower lobby, Lancaster Host Hotel.
5. Please do not send a check now since there isn't time for mail turnaround. You can pay when you pick up your confirmation papers.

Each day of the Convention is divided up into several time periods (e.g. All Day classes, Morning Only, Afternoon Only). For each day, do the following:

1. Check the boxes next to THE NUMBER of your first, second, and third function choices for events in each time period (All Day Classes, Morning/Afternoon Classes, Lunches/Dinners).
2. Next, mark the Select box for the class you have selected as your first, second or third choice using the select drop-down menu next to each class name.
3. To insure your class places, please promptly send your check or money order, made payable to: Barber Diversified or Quilters' Heritage Celebration, P.O. Box 503, Carlinville, IL 62626

If you want to see a sub-total for a particular day, click on the Calculate Total button at the bottom of that day's section. If you want to see a grand total for all events in all days, click on the Calculate Grand Total button at the very bottom right corner of the page.

If you are not working from a paper copy of your registration and need to have a copy for your records, then you can print the form as you see it on the screen before you click on the Submit button. It will print the entire form in case you need to call or e-mail and make changes. (7 pages)
